Overview: How to get started

Last updated on 23 Dec, 2020

Welcome to the GCG Platform.

Here is all you need to do to get started:

  1. Complete and publish your Coach Profile
Your profile will be visible to leaders on the platform, once the required fields* have been completed

  2. Update your time zone
Leaders will be able to see coaches within 8 hours (+4hr, -4hr) of their time zone. Please ensure your time zone is kept updated on your account.

  3. Set your maximum engagements in each coaching category
We provide coaching services to leaders of different backgrounds, at varying fee levels. Before we can market you to these leaders, you will need to set your availability for each coaching category.

  4. Set your calendar availability and sync any external calendars, if needed

  5. Add in your video conferencing link
This will be sent to leaders in an email confirmation when they book sessions with you on the platform.

  6. Review the Process Guideline document
Be sure to become familiar with the coaching process that the GCG Platform facilitates, before starting an engagement.

Once you're done with the above, you are all set, and leaders will be able to book introductory sessions with you and select you as their coach.

You can also invite your own personal clients onto the platform and start coaching immediately.

At any point, if you run into any questions or suggestions, all you have to do is click the "?" button in the bottom right-hand corner, and send us a message, or contact us at Support@GlobalCoachGroup.com.

*In order to be marketed to the GCG network of leaders, please make sure the following fields of your coach profile are complete and published:

  • First and last name

  • Profile picture

  • Locations (at least 1 location)

  • Languages (at least 1 language)

  • Years of coaching experience

  • Bio

  • Experience

  • Qualifications
