If your coworkers will change in this process, you can deactivate all of your old coworkers in the Coaching Platform. It is important to do this as soon as possible, so they are no longer prompted to provide feedforward suggestions in the future.

The next step is to work with your coach and define your new coworkers, publish the new coworker list, and go through the coworker onboarding process again. The purpose of this is to brief them on the coaching process and explain to them why their involvement in his coaching is pivotal.
Based on the suggestions from the new coworkers, you can update your action plan and take out actions that were specific to the previous work environment.
