After the leader has finalized collecting feedforward suggestions from their coworkers, and their action plan is published - the only thing that’s left for them to do is to start implementing the actions that will help them become a better leader.
One way to hold themselves accountable to accomplish their leadership growth goals is to take the action plan survey on the Coaching Platform on a daily basis. In case they forget to take the survey, they will be receiving email reminders asking them to take the survey. (They can go into "Platform Settings" to change when to receive these notifications)
Here is how they can take the Action Plan Survey:
Steps:
Go to “My Journey”
Click on “Action Plan”
Click on “Take action plan survey”
For each daily action check YES or NO depending on whether you implemented that action
For weekly and monthly actions, check if you have implemented them for that week or month.
Click “Submit”
The Action Plan graph will display the average of the completion rates of your daily, weekly, and monthly actions for each of the two leadership growth areas.
