Upon getting the two leadership growth areas agreed with the manager, the leader can publish the LGAs on the coaching platform.
You will receive both an email titled “Leadership Growth Areas Published” and a platform notification informing you that the leader has published their two LGAs. This can be verified on the coaching platform by following the steps below.
Steps:
Go to “My Leaders”
Click on the leader you want to review
You will see their two LGAs in the box titled "Leadership Growth Areas"
If for any reason, the leader needs to change the LGAs AFTER they have been published, you as their coach will be able to do so in this section. This is only allowed until the point feedforward emails to coworkers go out for the first time - 1 week prior to the Session 4 meeting date.
