The Feedforward Process

Please find the feedforward collection process hereunder:

  • Upon completion of session 3, the Leader publishes the coworker list. The Leader will be able to start inputting the coworker list before session 3, however, publishing it will be a requirement in order for them to be able to schedule session 4.

    • After the leader has published their coworker list an email is sent out to the coworkers notifying them that they have been invited to be a key coworker in the coaching process.

    • Note: Coworkers added AFTER the list has been published will not receive this email notification. However, they will be invited to provide Feedforward.

  • Feedforward survey links are sent to coworkers 7 days before the meeting date of sessions 4,5,6,8,9,11,12.

    • Note: Feedforward is not collected for sessions 7, 10, and 13 (the Pulse survey debrief sessions). If the Coworker finds an old link and clicks on it, a message will display to inform them that Feedforward suggestions are not currently being collected.

    • Feedforward cannot be submitted more than once per Coworker.

    • If a Coworker submits their Feedforward more than 7 days before Leader’s next session, Coworker does not receive a reminder email.

    • Coworkers can submit Feedforward as long as the next meeting has been scheduled.

      • If the meeting time has passed and there is no scheduled meeting, the links will not work.

      • If the meeting is canceled and if Coworker already provided Feedforward for that meeting, the Coworker won’t receive the Feedforward links for that session (even if it gets rescheduled).

  • The Leader will be able to review the Feedforward data directly on the Coaching Platform and start drafting the Action Plan. 

  • The Leader will be able to publish the first Action Plan upon completion of Session 4 meeting.

  • Note: The Coach, as well as the coworkers, will get notified once the Action Plan has been published. 


Past month(s) Feedforward is included as an option for creating Action Plans. Can Feedforward suggestions be reused? 

Yes, Feedforward suggestions can be “reused” monthly. Therefore, Leaders will always have suggestions to create Action Plans every month, even if coworkers don’t submit new ones on a monthly basis.

 

Will I have access to the Feedforward suggestions received by the leader?

The Feedforward suggestions, as well as the Action plan, will be visible on the Coach view under the Leader page. Feedforward will be displayed in real-time as suggestions come in.
