As the coach, once you open availability in a category, a leader in that category has the ability to select you as their coach. You can have a number of ongoing engagements running simultaneously, in different categories, meaning that you will be paid differently for each engagement based on the category and duration selected by the leader. You can check your leader’s category in the leader details page.
You will be paid every 3-4 months until the end of your engagement, based on the duration of the engagement. Your payout will include the sessions that have been completed since your previous payout.
4 session engagement (3 months) = Total engagement fee paid after Session 4
7 session engagement (6 months) = 4 sessions paid after Session 4, 3 sessions paid after Session 7
10 session engagement (9 months) = 4 sessions paid after Session 4, 3 sessions paid after Session 7, 3 sessions paid after Session 10
13 session engagement (12 months) = 4 sessions paid after Session 4, 3 sessions paid after Session 7, 3 sessions paid after Session 13
